a funky song it was and it pushed the creative juice out of me. something crazy is always up inside a twenty three-year young marrying brain. when i saw everyone wearing their jordan sneakers, i knew it’s gonna be a party…and i was unable to resist the urge to dance along. =)
when i first heard and witnessed the capabilities of hd video recording of the latest iphone from apple, i was intrigued and i played with the idea of having one. in the end, continuously telling myself that i don’t need one finally convinced my mind into not purchase one. i do have my second generation handy dandy iphone 3g anyway (not the 3gs with video and autofocus feature,) and for just $0.99 cents at the itunes store i got me a video recorder with a quality worth, well, ninety-nine cents!
i actually got the idea of getting a video recording software for my phone from my good friends husband and wife who i fondly call jeff(erson) & (ramona)lisa and i remember telling jeff(rey) that i’ll someday use it in one of my onsite videos and i’ll show it to him. that’s before i knew how crappy the quality of the video my phone could produce.
since i didn’t have to do an onsite video, i finally got the chance to record my phone’s video recording abilities last week. the quality is better than i expected. i did no further enhancements and the old 8mm film effect is from the software itself. =)
iphone 4…i don’t need it, i’d rather get myself an ipad (or if i’m really lucky, my sister already got me one)…but since my wife accidentally soaked her nokia e71 while washing my underpants, maybe she needs a new phone…evil grin!

beautiful vows make beautiful weddings…and wedding videos. we are very fortunate to listen and witness amazing vow exchanges for the past couple of months. benedict and karen’s is on our top five.
the bride’s dress tells a story of it’s own, and man was she gorgeous. benedict, who sang her entrance song was unable to hold back his tears when she saw her. i’ll stop here before i give it all away. =)
one last thing. i am not a morning person and on this particular morning, our call time was just an hour after my body goes to sleep. this was the first of three morning weddings we have this month. i’m just saying. =)

my main man, playboy patrick, took the plunge and did what few men dare to do: think on the spot during their exchange of vows. =) and yes, he stuttered a little, but he ended up with something beautiful. =)
…and, if you think that was good, you’re gonna love the couple’s funky first dance.

the crystal clear water and the bluest blue skies you’ll ever see, i stayed for seven days and still i think it wasn’t enough. a lot has changed. your beachside shake is now jony’s, the sexy chic in a bright orange bikini is korean, and no one seem to skimboard anymore. if you’re in for the extreme though, don’t miss out on cliff diving!
a beautiful beach wedding is what i was in boracay for. the couple and their guests (and the videographera) were barefoot as the ceremony unfolds. rhoel said “ever since we started our sentences with babe or bee, i was told to hurry up…i was told to wait…i listened to bread and the carpenters alone in my room on a rainy day…” and blanche responded “…today, i stand before you, ready and willing to complicate my life…” that was one fine exchange! =)

not too long ago, we were having a blast at jacque’s brother’s wedding. time flew by and suddenly, it was her turn to exchange beautiful promises with nikko. =)

queen’s event management team is one of the best in the business. each member is efficient, effective and totally entertaining and it’s always a breeze working with them. =) it’s not really coincidence when i come up with an extra special wedding video whenever her team’s around. i got her as my wedding coordinator by the way.
once again, i underestimated the unpredictability of a wedding ceremony and once again my video turned out to be a hundred percent different than i saw it’d be. for the record, i still don’t understand what bryan said on the last sentence of his vows when his voice cracked but tina did and that’s all that matters.

kat was chillin’ in her bridal suite just waiting for the time. she’s got a lot of waiting to do actually. all she needed to do now is walk the the aisle, say her vows and she’s done. typical groom…except she’s the bride. =) paolo did most of what a typical bride does. he handpicked every single detail, he created his own props, he shot/edited his own presentations and he made sure everybody had fun. and i’m telling you, he did a great job. =)
it started raining wild as kat steps down her bridal car. the coordinators were knocking on the entrance door to let the people inside to hurry up and let the bride in. my camera and i got wet…but heck, i got the shots! i couldn’t be happier!
here’s something different. i’ll have to make the video speak for itself or it loses it’s purpose. =)

it is always a delight for me and my wife listening to father jboy’s sermons. he has this way of making you really listen and the story he tells get better every time. plus, he makes my sde a lot easier to do. =)
