when a wedding videographer gets married, expectations, i believe, is higher than the ordinary and the pressure to produce a wedding video is almost insurmountable. all that, i didn’t want.
at first i toyed with the idea of making one. soon, when people around me started asking who’s gonna edit the onsite video on my wedding day, i joked and said i would. i was only kidding.
i knew that if i had one, it should be different…special…extraordinary…if i had one, i wanted something that’s never been done before.
i wanted one.
less than two weeks before our big day, i started documenting everything. less than a week before our big day, i started writing the script and the timeline. inspired by edward norton’s monologue in the hollywood film 25th Hour and (seriously) jay manalo’s narration in aubrey miles highest grossing film Prosti plus television blockbuster Lost’s flashback and flashforward style of story telling, i came up with a short-film-like concept…and somehow, the buzzing sound of the projector playing in the background made perfect sense for an onsite song. =)

Am so so so so happy you did it. It was awesome. Idea was brilliant and grabe ang galing galing galing. Love it super. Impressed the hell out of me while watching. It is perfect, you did it but didnt sweat it. Super clap clap talaga.

Bim at Gen kayo ay isa sa aming malapit na kaibigan. Bagamat hindi pa nasusubukan ang ating samahan ng isang matinding pagsubok, alam ko at ng aking asawang si Ayvih na ito ay di basta basta mabubuwag. Sa inyong paglalakbay bilang mag-asawa, asahan nyo na kami ay narito para sa inyo anumang oras na kailangan nyo ng kaibigan.
Kami ng aking asawa ay nagpapasalamat na kami ay naging bahagi ng inyong pagiisang dibdib.

Congrats pala sa inyo, ngayon ko lang ulit nabalikan ang paborito kong videographer, at syempre nabulaga ako dito sa obra mo. This is by far the most creative. Pati ako kinilig e =)
